Dear love,

I have missed you. I have loved you the best I could. I have given you the best of me, but it was not enough. I have played with fire and I have gotten burnt.

You abandoned me when I needed you the most. And the worst is that I cannot even find the strength in me to hate you for it. I cannot find a way to blame you, but I am unable to forget.

Thank you for helping me stay selfless while teaching me the importance of being selfish.
